Review: Blue Mountain Organics Coco-Joy Bar

Blue Mountain Organics sent me one of their Coco-Joy Bars to review on my blog. I have to say... I was happy to write this review because I really enjoyed this snack (actually, I split it with my husband and he really liked it too). The flavors and textures were great! I would order this (or buy it in the store if I saw it) - again and again. I like having snacks like this on hand when I don't have time to make my own. And, let's be honest, I don't always want to make my own. Sometimes I just like to buy it! :)

I also like their sunflower lecithin (for desserts, soups, smoothies, etc). It's a great alternative to soy lecithin.

Have you tried any of their products? What do you like best?

  1. Those look yummy! I love buying raw snacks too. As hard as I've tried, I cannot make raw treats as yummy as the ones that I can buy.
