Hello, Kristen - I agree with everyone else. The accolades are very well deserved. I'm an avid follower of your blog - accolades or not ;-) I would really love the benefit of your expertise as someone who has a pretty intense work out program. i've been doing lots of green smoothies and want to start juicing but i want to be sure i have enuf energy and calories for my work outs. i was wondering if you think it's a good idea to work out during a juice fast? if so, what kind of juice do you recommend? i assume that one needs to juice fruit (for their sugar/energy) in addition to greens? will plant blood have enuf calories by itself to sustain my work outs? any info would be greatly appreciated!!! Thank you!!

Hi Jeana, It can be hard to workout during a juice fast, so take it a day at a time. Some days are full of energy and some are really tiring (listen to your body and rest during those times). You can add more calories by adding some fruit juices, but also, you can add a little coconut or hemp oil to some juices, too.
