What in the heck is Kvass you ask? I wondered the same thing! It's basically a raw, vegan, and organic juice made from probiotic-filled fermented veggies and then bottled. Neat, huh? I just love all of the raw products we have available to us as raw foodies these days. The cuisine sure has come a long way in just the past 2 years alone, eh?!
