HIgh Raw Food Intake - Pregnancy Food Journal - Sunday

Quick run down of the food I am having today...
  • Teeccino
  • Raw (homemade) granola buckwheat cereal (Cinnamon Banana Crispies) with organic soy milk
  • Dilly Orange Coleslaw with organic tofu cubes on top
  • 1 and 2/3 Righteously Raw Caramel Cacao Bars (Yes, almost two whole chocolate bars, which according to the package would be 5 servings - lol - not in my world. YUM! Oh, and I didn't have it all at once. I had the 2/3 bar and about 2 hours later had the 1 bar)
  • Teeccino
  • Sauerkraut on Hearty Buckwheat Biscuits
  • Salad
  • Protein Shake
I've not had a huge appetite this week. Perhaps it's due to my organs getting squished as the baby and my belly(!) grow.

  2. question about the biscuits. i already soaked and dehydrated all my buckwheat. can i still make them? and just add more water? if you aren't sure i will just wait.

thanks for admitting to the chocolate eating. sometimes i have those days too.

  3. i wish i had a dehydrator, i am so itching to make so many items that require dehydration, including your buckwheat biscuits...and i am so dying to make your kraut...but I AM SO FREAKED OUT by it...i feel like i will totally mess it up...

i would totally eat 5 servings of the right kinda chocolate too...and in your defense, you are eating for two!!! so technically you had 2.5 servings and your little monkey had the other 2.5 servings...

    =)

    have a beautiful night lady!!

  4. Thx for the comments :)

Bitt - you could try soaking the buckwheat for an hour or something and then using it.

  6. Kudos to you for continuing to eat so well and care for the health of your baby through a high-raw diet. I'm dying to get a dehydrator to make raw breads, biscuits, etc. but are they really worth it in your opinion (I live in a tiny apt in NYC)? Thanks!
