  2. I would love to learn how to do proper strength training or yoga. Whenever I look to online videos, workout videos or friends for posture I feel like I'm doing it wrong. I would like to learn how to do the exercises right so I'm actually benefitting my body, and not hurting it!

    ReplyDelete
  84. I would love to have a one-on-one session with a normal person who lives the raw lifestyle- such as yourself! I know that sounds silly, but I used to volunteer at a shelter with this guy who swore he could train any cat. My newest little monster is....a monster. Completely adorable, but a monster. Does that count? If not then I'd go with a cooking class, to work on technique and things like that.

    ReplyDelete
  116. Like many others have posted, the list could go on and on.

    My two top choices:

-a Zumba lesson from the master (because it is so much fun)

-a lesson on preparing raw food (because I love to "un"cook for me and the people in my life)

    ReplyDelete
  117. I'd like a professional gymnast to teach me how to do a cartwheel. I think 38 is just the right age to learn such a skill!

    ReplyDelete
  118. Since I'm assuming you mean in the realm of the health and nutrition, I would have to say strength training. Since form is everything, would love to know that I'm getting it right -- being the most safe and effective. After that, Zumba, and after that, counseling sessions with a naturopath, such as my chiropractor, who is brilliant, and I have SO many questions!

    ReplyDelete
  119. Posted link to FB. Again, I would love to glean from the knowledge of a strength trainer and have regular sessions with a naturopath. The big question right now is -- organic or not organic, and why? Some foods simply do not need to be organic. Others really, really do. I've figured out about the roots, the lack of "skins," etc. And I've heard that hard, aged cheese is fine, but soft cheeses and dairy MUST be -- yet not so highly pasteurized. Ugh! Confusing! But I am oh so INTERESTED! Thanks, Kristen!

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  128. Since I'm fairly new to raw food ... raw food cooking lessons, of course! I'm on my way with fruit trees, berries, and a vegetable garden but I want more, more, more! Thanks, Kristin, for the opportunity ... I was just looking at Raw Cleanse at my local health food store a couple of days ago!

  131. I would like a lesson from an expert in gently but effectively disciplining your children. I've tried spanking, the supernanny approach of time out for everything, naptime, I'm embarrassed to say I sometimes even find myself yelling (today's spanking). . . I know not all children can be disciplined the same and not all situations call for the same type of discipline, so maybe what I *really* need is a lesson from an expert in patience or better understanding my kids. . . but that's what I'd like a lesson in.

    ReplyDelete
  132. QUESTION: In which activity would you like a lesson from an expert?

  134. Eating Raw! I was diagnosed with a very rare form of cancer a month ago. I am a 31 year old female who is overall healthy (well, besides the cancer!) I am VERY interested in switching to the Raw side, but it's a bit overwhelming!!!

  135. I would love to get a kettlebell lesson from Mike Mahler (and bring my fiance' too). Mike Mahler is a very smart inspirational vegan. He puts it all together: exercise, nutrition, spirituality and so much more.

Hmm... I'd have to say meditation or something fun like learning how to do lucid dreaming. Is that an activity? :)
