I officially grew out of my "go-out-in-public-pants" and had to get some new duds. I tried to wear my pre-preg pants for as long as I could, but after the holiday eating, the growth of my belly, butt, and thighs this week... it was time. So, here I am in a new outfit. Can I just say that maternity jeans are sooo comfy?! :)
You look so beautiful. Congratulations, again! And Yay for comfy maternity jeans!
ReplyDeleteLove it! You look great and adorable and beautiful! He he! ;)
ReplyDeletemomma looks so pretty!
ReplyDeleteLove your blog Kristin and couldn't help to comment today...I LOVED maternity jeans. I swear I was almost sad when I lost my baby weight and had to go back, lol. I miss strectchy pants. :-)
ReplyDeleteHope you are feeling well!
Jen
I have a wonderful pair of maternity pants also! I still wear them!
ReplyDeleteYes, there is definitely a point where the belly does NOT want anything constricting on it. I always loved when that point came because it meant I went from looking like a chubby bunny to looking prego : ) I'm glad the little bean gets comfortable living quarters now ; ) You look beautiful!
ReplyDeletecongrats on the baby belly!! :)
ReplyDeleteYou look great!!! Glad thigs are coming along well!
ReplyDeleteawww you look beautiful. I won't say cute cause puppies and babies are cute and it drives me crazy when people tell me I look cute pregnant. Now instead of pinching my cheeks they man handle my stomach:) haha jk but really you look great and happy and glowing. I cant remember if I asked but are you going to surprise yourselves with the gender or find out? Either way happy new year and cheers to happy, healthy babies in 2010!!
ReplyDeleteIt must feel awesome to be buying a mommy-to-be wardrobe!!! You continue to look absolutely wonderful, my dear friend :-)
ReplyDeleteYou look lovely! =)
ReplyDeleteMaternity jeans rock! After having 6 babies I can tell you they were my best friends during all those pregnancies. ;-)
Awww, you look so adorable! Congrats!

I know. They really are. I wore mine for a while after having my baby because of that! Oh how I miss my maternity clothes lol.
ReplyDeleteYou look great. Congrats!
Maternity clothes shopping was fun and frustrating for me... I had not many hand me downs and I needed work clothes and home stuff. I tried to make my normal stuff last as long as I could (I got to 5 mos) and then I needed a whole new wardrobe... like over night!
ReplyDeleteThe worst was right when I was about to deliver (4 days prior) and we went to a wedding and I just couldn't wear the same ole slacks and shirt I worked in day in and out and really wanted to feel "pretty" with the belly and all. I had a dress I saved from a friend and thought I would wear that but in the end it was not flattering on me and I had to find something at the last minute. and of course I just didn't feel pretty in anything, plus I had legs I no longer recognized...haha
It's all good memories..enjoy each moment because they go so fast!
You look beautiful and glowing!!!!
HI Brooke,
ReplyDeleteWe're going to wait to find out the sex until the day of the birth. I am looking forward to that surprise. It's funny though, I always thought when I was growing up that I'd want to know the sex of the baby while pregnant. But, something is different for me now. I want that surprise as one of my gifts when I deliver.
I hope we get to meet someday. :)

Thanks everyone else for your sweet compliments! It's weird how when I wake up in the morning, I'm so much smaller than I am when I even eat one meal or compared to how big I get by the end of the day. It's like the food/liquids expand my abdomen to twice the area.
Hi Cindy,
ReplyDeleteThat's funny about the dress and not recognizing your legs. I got a giggle out of that. ;)
When you get a moment, stop by my blog for a little New Year's gift. I've given you a blog award. =)
ReplyDeleteYou look spectacular, as always. I tried to wear my jeans as long as possible, but you are right; maternity jeans are so much more comfy. Luckily, most of this last pregnancy was in the summer, so I was able to make due with loose dresses, unbutton shorts and flowing tops. When are you due again?
ReplyDeleteDue in June (probably mid-late June). It'll be just getting to the hot point in AZ at that time.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful as usual, Kristen. So glad that your pregnancy is turning out a success... All the best to you.
ReplyDeletekristen you look lovely with your sweet pregnancy. very happy for you.
ReplyDeleteLove the new outfit. Have fun shopping!!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous, sophisticated mama-to-be you are!
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing, Kristen:)
xoxoxo
Your tree is beautiful (and so are you). Definitely have that "mama glow".
ReplyDeleteBest wishes for the new year!
you look radiant!!! you definitely got the pregnancy glow!!!!
ReplyDeleteCongrats Kristen, you are going to be a super cute pregnant lady! I'm so happy for you :)
ReplyDeleteThey ARE so comfy and they are afterwards too (although I'm sure you will fit into your prepregnancy stuff immediately. =)
ReplyDeleteThat's a nice time of year to be in your third trimester. It is warming up, but not scorching hot like it was last summer. I found it difficult to stand the heat with an August baby. Good luck :-)
ReplyDeleteYou look gorgeous! And I must agree with you on the maternity pants. I had to get out my maternity clothes from my first pregnancy right before the holidays and it was like an early Christmas for me!!
ReplyDeleteSuper cool , i love maternity jeans.
