4 cups watermelon
1/2 cup raw organic sauerkraut from Gold Mine Natural Foods
Protein Shake (3 T Sun Warrior Raw Rice Protein Powder, 1 heaping T Manitoba Harvest Hemp Protein Powder, 2 cups water, dash cinnamon)
Salad (3 cups romaine lettuce, 1 red bell pepper, 1/4 cup sauerkraut, 1.5 T of Mustard Seed Dill Dressing - YUM! love that dressing - my husband was licking his bowl - will post recipe in the future)

Small Protein Shake (2 T Sun Warrior Raw Rice Protein Powder, 2 cups water, dash cinnamon)

Are watermelons like cantaloupes and honeydews, where you should eat them alone/on an empty stomach?? I always get confused...

Yes, all melons fall under the same food combining principle. Eat them alone.

I pee all day long when I eat lots of watermelon from all the "water" in it :)
I'm right there with you. It's funny how after you've been doing this diet for a while, your stomach shrinks huh! Sometimes I don't even have to eat until 4pm or so.
