I thought this story was neat... chocolate, red wine, laughing, and well... bike riding. I think the first three definitely belong together - it's easy to do all three at the same time. After reading about this person I will make a stronger effort to have more of those in my life. HAHA! Like that will be hard! (I'll keep my chocolate organic, raw & vegan for extra super powers - and the same goes for my wine - organic and vegan). Oh, and of course, I'll keep exercising - one of the biggest keys to her success I'm sure :) Read more here.

Interesting!!!
This is great!
One of my friends met an elderly monk in his travels and he was on his way to New York to get tested and poked and prodded to see why they seemed to live so long. When my friend asked him the same question through his interpretter, the monk seemed to think it was due to a lack of stress. He even went so far as to say that they were allowed to drink or smoke if the benefit outweighed the detriment (ie they felt stressed so that one puff of a cigarette would allow them to destress), so long as it was not to excess.
Interesting and very sad thing was, my friend kept in touch with him and after a week of being in New York and being 'stressed' with so many medical tests and procedures, he passed away. His interpreter definitely believed it was the stress!
I plan to be a centenarian too. A healthy one--most of my family members live to be in their 90's but unfortunately they are not healthy or coherent. I definitely worry about going into a nursing home and being hooked up to machines. Anyway, I expect a party invite! The monk story is sad--to spend the last week of his life doing the exact opposite of what he loved and was familiar with.
:D I love it! Eat more chocolate! YEA!!! BTW you look great in orange!
